We focus on giving our residents the most comfortable homes available, inside and out. It took many drafts to ensure each unit had a gracious terrace with natural gas grill, high ceilings, and most importantly, plenty of windows to let in natural light. We were also cognizant of the details that homeowners appreciate such as hardwood floors, beautiful moldings, 8’ solid wooden interior doors and masonry gas fireplaces. The gourmet kitchens are equipped with high-end appliances: Bosch dishwashers, Viking gas cooktops, Viking electric double ovens and SubZero refrigerators. Stone countertops and fine cabinetry are appointed standard features. As much as we tried to think of everything, we know it is your home and you want to help design it.
